Catharina’s Restaurant has a two or three course lunch alternative to Executive Chef Archie Maclean’s full à la carte and tasting menus with ample choice that fits the bill perfectly for a cosy fireside lunch. The two course special winter lunch is available for R165 or R195 for three courses.
Steenberg’s trendy cellar door restaurant, Bistro Sixteen82 also offers cosy winter value. Famous for her bistro-style comfort food, Chef Kerry Kilpin’s hearty and homely winter menu is available at R185 for two courses, R215 for three and R245 for a four course meal. Her special tapas menu selection of five tapas dishes for R300 is an ideal early supper for two between 17h00 and 20h00.
Bistro Sixteen82 also offers breakfast classics with a twist with a complimentary cup of tea or coffee served during week days until the end of September.
