A sensory food and wine journey tailor made for Chardonnay and Pinot Noir enthusiasts exploring Expressions of Burgundy, is the focus of this month’s Grande Provence Sensory Experience in Franschhoek on Friday, 25 August.
The Burgundy Expression gourmet evening hosted by Cellarmaster Matthew van Heerden and Executive Chef Darren Badenhorst, will showcase Grande Provence Chardonnay together with van Heerden’s own private label Pinot Noir alongside other world-class wines. Together with Chef Darren’s Burgundy inspired 6-course degustation menu, the evening promises to be an unforgettable sensory experience.
