The annual celebration of love and affection is being celebrated in style this year at Tobago’s Restaurant and Terrace at Radisson Blu Hotel Waterfront. Chef Norman and his team have planned a romantic ocean view setting on the terrace for our guests.

“The entire Tobago’s team are excited to play their part to add to the romantic atmosphere”, explains Chef Norman” The special Valentine’s menu will include appetizers of marinated tiger prawns, followed by a white onion veloute soup with truffles and pickled shallots. This will be followed by a starter of springbok carpaccio adorned with a tabasco vodka granita.”
For mains enjoy a tantalizing herb crusted beef fillet with all the trimmings followed by a palate zinging sorbet to reset the tastebuds.
A romantic sharing dessert of black bean chocolate cake with a watermelon and basil gelato, vanilla pod and a fig and pomegranate salad ends of the Valentine’s feast.
Gaze into each other’s eyes whilst enjoying a desert cocktail containing a blend of Amarula, Tia Maria White Cacao and Cream. Naturally it will be shaken and served to share
