95 at Parks in Constantia have made a few tweaks to their 6-course Italian Experience with some delicious new dishes on offer at the same exceptional value.
Some of the new gems you won’t find on the regular 95 at Parks à la carte menu include Carpaccio di Polpo – delicate slivers of poached octopus drizzled in a parsley infused vinaigrette, and a beautifully textured semolina gnocchi with blue cheese. Meat lovers won’t want to miss La Bistecca Carne, grilled spider steak with béarnaise sauce and thinly cut fries. Expertly cut from the hip of a cow, it’s the most tender and flavourful steak of all. The spider steak is usually only served at Carne on Kloof, Chef-Proprietor Giorgio Nava’s acclaimed meat restaurant in Cape Town’s viby Kloof Street precinct.
The 95 at Parks Italian Experience offers excellent value at just R330 per person for two starters, two pastas, a main and a dessert and is available daily for lunch and dinner. Now there is no excuse for not embracing the Italian way of life when it comes to food from antipasti, primi piatti, secondi right through to dolci.
