Before the year draws to an end, Benguela Cove Lagoon Wine Estate has announced its first Yoga classes to commence in the New Year. Blessed by the natural and peaceful surrounds of the Walker Bay, the estate saw this as a perfect fit to start the day fresh or to end it with purpose.
The estate has been looking for a suitable partner to offer this service and as all things come together, Victoria Young-Pugh just breezed onto the estate. New to Hermanus, Victoria will be able to offer yoga on a regular basis in 2019. This will include different packages. Victoria trained at the second oldest Yoga school in SA, Ananda Sanga and she teaches various types, including Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Yoga for golfers. Classes will be assessable for beginners to intermediate level.
As a preview to the public, the estate will host three complimentary classes at the cellar: a morning and evening class on 28 December 2018 and another morning class on 3 January 2019. Classes will be presented on the astro turf facing the ocean if weather permits; alternatively we have identified two suitable indoor spaces.
Based on the demand, a vineyard walk, healthy breakfast, canapes or tutored wine tasting will be made available at an additional cost. So, if this fits into your holiday plans, take note that the estate will be able to cater to the rest of your group during opening hours should you decide to linger longer. Please contact 021 944 1041 or 087 357 0637 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to book one or all three of the complimentary classes.
