The Tramuntana reflects the spirit of Paco Perez’s cuisine, with his creations based on produce from that windswept area and from which he creates exquisite rice, fish and seafood. His signature dishes include the seafood and sea cucumber “sucarrat” rice dish, moist rice with lobster and cuttlefish, clams à la marinière, sea cucumber, chick peas and cod tripe in a pil pil sauce, or oyster tartare “Oscetra” with caviar and a hint of apple.
The 63 of The Mirror Barcelona rooms offer the best comfort and are equipped with King size beds with mattresses “Treca de Paris”, the gala dress of Egyptian cotton sheets and with latest technology home automation systems.
