K Spa (Short from Kengsakon Spa) is located in the heart of The Victoria & Alfred, Waterfront, Cape Town.

We have recently discovered this little gem when we booked for their Lovely Winter Special.

We arrived quite early before our scheduled treatment but still were welcomed by a friendly staff. We were asked to fill the consultation form and offered to use a steam room or sauna before our treatments – this was much appreciated on a cool autumn morning.

We loved Thai-inspired decor through out the spa including bamboo planters and  Thai inspired massage beds (for Thai Massages which are also on offer). Lovely candle burners and a smell of sensual fragrances through out the spa was a really nice touch and put us in a relaxed mood immediately.

Except the steam room there is also a sauna, shower facilities, 2x bathrooms, manicure and pedicure area and 6 treatment rooms including Thai massage room with 3 beds.

Our treatments were great: rooms were well presented and warm, beds nicely prepared with toweling and bathrobes. Especially created cupboard space for our belongings was a nice touch. Both Therapists very professional and knowledgeable, ensuring we enjoy the experience from the beginning to the very end, adapting to our personal needs accordingly.

K Spa offers really great and affordable specials. They also offer Thai Massages which we will definitely try next time.
